Do you ever wonder why subscribers opt out of your emails?

    Have you ever asked your former subscribers why they are opting out, such as what you could be doing to keep them happy? What was the answer?

    I think some members are just not interested in the regular happenings of websites but they want the option to go back if they want to. I can respect members' privacy like that. I know I've done it myself with some forums. I tend to unsubscribe when I'm bombarded with emails (anything more than twice a day is too much for me).
