    I think it depends on the people who are reading your article if they find interesting what you wrote and when they visit your website you might have a chance of people signing up into your website.

    If you are looking for more site newsletter subscribers, then you can start by publishing good quality content on your site. This content is a sample of the material that will be included in each email. If the content on your site is not good, then what incentive would the subscriber have for signing up for more of the same via email?
